Work on passive antenna components has included polarisers, orthomode transducers (see example at 94.5 GHz), couplers, wide-band baluns et cetera. See this presentation at an ANSOFT HFSS meeting. Photographs of a few examples are shown below

End-launched transition from rectangular waveguide to coaxial line. This component covers a complete waveguide band with a Return Loss of better than -20 dB over 75% of the waveguide band and better than -14 dB over the complete waveguide band.	OMT for 94.5 GHz. Return Loss <-27 dB. Isolation between ports >40 dB.Manufacture is by electroforming and the component has been internally gold-flashed. Internal tolerances were +/- 4 microns

Side Entry coupler for high power operation over 8 to 18 GHz. This component is for use with an FEL and the FEL entry arm is visible on the lower right of the photograph. The coupler was machined in two halves and bolted/dowelled together	CVD Diamond window for high power use over 8 to 18 GHz. Window thickness is 110 microns The diamond window was supplied by de Beers Industrial Diamonds Limited.
